This series takes its cue from Japanese izakaya - small, drink-led dishes designed for ordering and re-ordering. Golden Gai is a famous pocket of Tokyo made up of tiny, smoke-filled bars packed side by side, where the focus is simple food, skewers and strong drinks, with a big emphasis on kushiyaki-style grilling.
That’s the energy here - hot grills, cold drinks, and lots of things on sticks.
Feed Me ??
Right, listen.
You've sat down. You're hungry. You don't want to spend twenty minutes staring at a menu trying to make decisions like it's a job interview.
So don't.
Just say the words. Feed me. And I'll take it from there.
I'll send out the good stuff — whatever's coming off the grill, whatever's steaming, whatever I think you need right now. Bold, messy, finger-forward. No ceremony. No nonsense. Just food the way it should be.
You trust me, I feed you. Simple as that.
